ALESSIA'S BIO

Alessia is a Montreal pianist, keyboardist and composer. Born and raised in Sicily, she pursued classical music studies at renowned music conservatory "Arturo Toscanini" in her hometown, Ribera. In 2009 she moved to Montreal with her family, and music continued to be an essential part of her life. You won’t see Alessia sitting behind a keyboard at her live shows. She loves to play mobile keyboards that give her freedom of movement on stage. In 2018, she released her instrumental-cinematic solo EP “Rebirth”. Her music is inspired by film scores, rock, and symphonic metal.

Alessia is endorsed by NUmotion Keyboards and has organized and presented various music business clinics for Long&McQuade, Canada’s biggest musical instrument retailer. Alessia is currently collaborating with various artists worldwide, does studio sessions, and is working on her upcoming releases. She is very involved in Montreal's music scene not only as a musician, but as a concert promoter and President of the Sincop8ed Noize Foundation, a non-profit organization whose mission is to support, promote and develop emerging musicians.
